Happy clients are the best clients

“Steve Mench originated a loan for our warehouse 10 years ago. He was very professional and had extensive industry knowledge. As such, we did not consider anyone else when the loan matured this year. Steve knew our needs and was able to recommend the best fit for us. As a result, we had a smooth and seamless transaction. When our current loan matures, we most certainly will use Steve again. I highly recommend Steve Mench for any financing needs.”

Steve Mench

Steve began his real estate career at the age of nineteen when he received his real estate sales associate license. While earning his finance and real estate degree at Florida Atlantic University, he began his commercial real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CBRE) as a market analyst. Steve was promoted to an associate position specializing in industrial sales and leasing. He later accepted a position leasing and managing a troubled neighborhood shopping center. Through his leasing efforts, Steve was able to increase the occupancy of the shopping center and again make it a profitable asset.
