Steve began his real estate career at the age of nineteen when he received his real estate sales associate license. While earning his finance and real estate degree at Florida Atlantic University, he began his commercial real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CBRE) as a market analyst. Steve was promoted to an associate position specializing in industrial sales and leasing. He later accepted a position leasing and managing a troubled neighborhood shopping center. Through his leasing efforts, Steve was able to increase the occupancy of the shopping center and again make it a profitable asset.
