Acquisition Financing with Minimal Equity Required

Steve Mench arranged this Credit Tenant Loan (CTL) for the acquisition of the single-tenant building. The building was leased to the Offices of the United States Attorneys (GSA) on a long-term basis. The loan provided a high loan-to-value on a self-amortizing basis.
