Non-recourse Bridge Loan that Provided Proceeds for Acquisition and Lease-up Costs

Mench Real Estate Capital arranged the non-recourse bridge loan for the acquisition of the Walmart shadow-anchored retail center. The loan provided a large portion of the purchase price. It also provided for a large portion of tenant improvements and leasing commissions over the life of the loan.
