Refinancing of Undeveloped Land

Mench Real Estate Capital arranged the bridge loan refinancing of the commercial land parcel located within a large mixed-use development. Although fully entitled, the property was not ready to develop. The loan allowed the investors to pay off the existing loan that was maturing and prepare for the development of the site.
